Under the theme of "Reaching Resilience Faster by Working Together," the local organizing committee, co-chaired by Kate Thibert (M.EERI,2005) and John Sherstobitoff (M.EERI,1991), with support from the EERI British Columbia Regional Chapter, have created a program with a terrific schedule of sessions ranging from the very specific and technical to broader themes of how communities can work cooperatively towards resilience.
