Presenter Information

 Thank you for agreeing to speak at EERI’s upcoming 2019 Annual Meeting, held March 5-8, 2019 in Vancouver, BC. Please complete the following before the meeting:

1.  Register for the meeting and make your travel arrangements

2.  Review the details of the session in which you are scheduled to speak at the 2019 Annual Meeting Online Program

3.  If you are giving a presentation, please note the following:

  • There will be a Presentation Upload Station at the EERI registration desk where you submit your presentation via a flash drive. You must submit your presentation at least 4 hours prior to the start of your presentation.
  • A computer and projector will be available for all sessions.
  • Please arrive to your session at least 20 minutes in advance of the scheduled start to check that your presentation is loaded correctly and to receive any last-minute instructions for your session’s organizer(s)/moderator(s).
  • Please adhere to the time allotted to you by your organizer to ensure that the session runs on-time and that you respect the time of your fellow presenters.
  • EERI Plans to post all presentation slides to the website after the meeting. If you do NOT wish for your slides to be posted, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. before the close of the conference.
  • We recommend that you prepare your presentation for a widescreen projection (16:9 aspect ratio).
