Benefits of Sponsoring Meals, Receptions, and Breaks
All sponsored meal functions will include your organization/company’s name listed in the meeting program provided to all attendees and a sign at the function listing your sponsorship.
The names of all sponsors will be prominently acknowledged in participants’ materials and displayed at the function.

Welcome Reception, Tuesday, March 5, $3,000
The Welcome Reception will be Tuesday evening from 5:30PM to 7:00PM. An informal icebreaker with a hosted bar and finger food, it enables meeting attendees to get reacquainted with friends and colleagues and to develop new relationships. All guests attending will receive a free drink ticket, and your organization's name and sponsorship will be prominently displayed on signage at the reception.
Breakfasts (3), Wed-Fri, March 6-8, $1,000 each
The three continental breakfasts on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday will be in the Exhibit Area and will offer pastries, coffee, and juice for meeting participants. Attendees appreciate having access to a quick light breakfast before heading into the morning session. Your organization's name and sponsorship will be prominently displayed on signage at the breakfast area.
Lunches (3), Wed-Fri, March 6-8, $2,000 each
Each of the three lunches features a special event. The lunch on Wednesday will include the 2019 EERI Distinguished Lecture . Lunch on Thursday includes presentation of the 2019 EERI Honors and Annual Business Meeting. Friday's lunch will feature the Seismic Design Competition awards. Your organization's name and sponsorship will be prominently displayed on signage at the lunch area.
Poster Session and Reception, Thu, March 7, $1,500
Thursday’s poster session and reception runs from 5:30PM to 7:00PM in the Exhibit Area. The poster reception includes snacks, soft drinks, one drink ticket and a cash bar. Your organization's name and sponsorship will be prominently displayed on signage at the Poster Session and Reception.
Coffee Breaks (5), Wed-Fri, March 6-8, morning and afternoon each day, $1000 each
Mid-morning and mid-afternoon coffee breaks are scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday in the Exhibit Area. Friday morning coffee break in the Exhibit Area is scheduled as well. Your organization's name and sponsorship will be prominently displayed on signage at the coffee break area.
WiFi sponsorship, exlusive opportunity available for $10,000
Exclusive opportunity for your organization to be the sole WiFi sponsor for the entire conference. Your company name may be used (if desired) for the wifi password that all attendees will use. Signage prominently displayed listing you as the Wifi sponsor, as well as on all promotional materials. Print Program, Inside Front or Inside Back Cover $5000 each
Unique opportunity to have your organization's full color ad in the meeting program that is given to all attendees. Choice of full page, full color ad in the inside front or inside back cover of the program.
